Benchmark Beef Dip

Ingredients:
  • 4lb Benchmark smoked & sliced brisket
  • 6 cups beef broth
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp dried rosemary
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 1 cup soy sauce
 Steps:
  1. Combine all ingredients and bring to a simmer.
  2. Remove the meat and place it into your favourite bun.
  3. Pour the juice into a separate dish and use to dip. 
  4. Serve and enjoy
