Benchmark Philly Cheesesteak

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 green peppers, thinly sliced
  • 2 red peppers, thinly sliced
  • 1 large yellow onion, sliced
  • 2 lbs Benchmark sliced smoked brisket
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 8 slices mozzarella or provolone
  • 4 hoagie rolls

Steps:

  1. In a medium skillet add oil and heat over medium heat.
  2. Add the peppers and onion, cooking until tender and caramelizing.
  3. After toasting the inside of the hoagie bun, top with smoked brisket, peppers & onion and cheese.
  4. Melt the cheese under the broiler until melted. 
  5. Serve and enjoy
