Chuckwagon Stew
Steps:
Toss the meat in salt, pepper and flour.
Saute onion and oil in a large pot or Dutch oven until soft.
Add the beef and saute until brown.
Add the broth and simmer for an hour, or until the beef is tender.
Add the remaining ingredients and season to taste.
Serve with rice or noodles.

1 onion- diced
1 tbsp oil
2 tbsp flour
1 lb Benchmark boneless chuck- cubed
4 cups beef broth
1 14oz can diced tomatoes
1 cup frozen or canned corn
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp sugar
