Steps:

  1. Toss the meat in salt, pepper and flour.
  2. Saute onion and oil in a large pot or Dutch oven until soft.
  3. Add the beef and saute until brown.
  4. Add the broth and simmer for an hour, or until the beef is tender.
  5. Add the remaining ingredients and season to taste.
  6. Serve with rice or noodles.
