Benchmark Beef Dip

Ingredients:
4lb Benchmark smoked & sliced brisket
6 cups beef broth
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp dried rosemary
3 bay leaves
1 cup soy sauce
Steps:
Combine all ingredients and bring to a simmer.
Remove the meat and place it into your favourite bun.
Pour the juice into a separate dish and use to dip.
Serve and enjoy
