Steps:

  1. Pat dry each of the minute steaks dry, and season both sides with salt & pepper.
  2. In an assembly line, coat each piece of meat in the flour, then egg and dip into the panko.
  3. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  4. Drop-in a few sprinkles of flour to make sure it’s sufficiently hot.
  5. When the oil sizzles immediately, you know it’s ready.
  6. Cook the meat, only a few pieces at a time, making sure not to overcrowd the pan.
  7. Brown each side for 2-3 minutes.
  8. Remove the meat to a paper towel-lined plate and keep them warm by covering lightly with another plate or a sheet of foil.
  9. Continue until all the meat is cooked.

White Sausage gravy

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Sausage
  • 1⁄4 cup flour
  • 2 1⁄2 cups milk
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Steps:

  1. Cook sausage in a large skillet over medium heat 5-6 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring frequently.
  2. Stir in flour.
  3. Gradually add milk; cook until mixture comes to a boil and thickens, stirring constantly.
  4. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  5. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
