Steps:
- Combine oil, soy sauce and garlic in a large dish, bowl or plastic bag.
- Season both sides of the flank steak with salt and pepper.
- Add to marinade and let sit for at least 2 hours.
- Remove the steak from the marinade and let excess drip off.
- Grill the flank steak to preferred doneness.
- When the steak is cooked to its liking, remove and place on a cutting board, cover with aluminium foil and rest for 10 minutes.
- Slice against the grain into thin stripes.
- After you have turned the grill off but while still hot, give the flat bread a quick sear on each side to add grill marks.
- Use the assortment of toppings to build the flat breads or let your guests build their own!
