Steps:

  1. Combine oil, soy sauce and garlic in a large dish, bowl or plastic bag.
  2. Season both sides of the flank steak with salt and pepper.
  3. Add to marinade and let sit for at least 2 hours.
  4. Remove the steak from the marinade and let excess drip off.
  5. Grill the flank steak to preferred doneness.
  6. When the steak is cooked to its liking, remove and place on a cutting board, cover with aluminium foil and rest for 10 minutes.
  7. Slice against the grain into thin stripes.
  8. After you have turned the grill off but while still hot, give the flat bread a quick sear on each side to add grill marks.
  9. Use the assortment of toppings to build the flat breads or let your guests build their own!
