Ingredients:
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup canola oil
- 4 ounces sliced Benchmark smoked brisket
Steps:
1. Preheat over to 400F.
2. Whisk the eggs, milk, flour and salt together in a mixing bowl until the mixture is smooth.
3. Set aside in the fridge to cool.
4. Fill each muffin tin with 1 tbsp of oil, place the pan in the oven to heat.
5. Remove the pan and quickly fill each muffin tin with 3/4 full of batter, putting back in over for 12 minutes until golden brown.
6. When finished baking, place the Yorkshire on the paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
7. Top the Yorkshire pudding with smoked meat & serve with the options of gravy and horseradish.
8. Serve & enjoy
