Ingredients:
- 8 portions of 3 lbs ground chuck
- 1 Tbsp kosher salt
- 2 Tbsp black pepper
- 2 Tbsp ground garlic
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 8 Hamburger buns
- Garlic butter
- Mayonnaise
- Grainy Dijon mustard
- Arugula
- Granny Smith apple, wedged and cut into thin slices
- Red onion, finely julienned
- Crumbly Blue Cheese; Stilton is nice
- Walnut pieces
Steps:
- Mix the chuck, salt, pepper, garlic, and soy sauce.
- Weigh out 8-6oz portions of meat and form into patties.
- Grill the burger patties.
- Garlic butter the buns and grill briefly to toast.
- Garnish the top of the bun with mayonnaise, grainy dijon, arugula, apple slices, and onion.
- Garnish the bottom of the bun with mayonnaise and grainy dijon.
- Place the cooked burger patty on the bun and garnish with crumbled cheese and walnuts.
- Serve and enjoy
